Psychometric Assessment

Front end testing usually includes verbal, numerical and abstract reasoning to determine general ability. Tests at all levels are available to assess candidates to any level of precision – from short screening tests to high stakes assessment. With our range of tests we can complement these assessments with psychological tests, test batteries or if specific tests are required, we can construct and standardize them. Often a second round of assessment of short-listed candidates includes further testing.  Tests such as personality tests which make the assessment more cost effective in the sense that fewer candidates are assessed at the second stage. Depending on what is required, the analysis and reporting can be at any of the levels mentioned in the Analysis section.

Unless technical reports are required, our reports are easy to read and interpret. In individual reports we usually show each test taker’s person’s performance relative to the cohort graphically in addition to providing the scores.
